1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use the cou4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Underage gambling is prohibited by law and by our company policy.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing our services.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your contact information or personal details.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have created more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend or close all accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate any bonuses.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Not create an account on behalf of another person or legal entity. Accounts must be registered in your own personal name only.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cou4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we require all users to verify their identity before making withdrawals. You agree to:

• Provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, typically a copy of your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Provide proof of address if requested, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address.
• Provide proof of payment method ownership if requested, such as a photo of your bank card (with middle digits obscured) or a bank statement showing your name and account details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

When depositing funds into your cou4d account:

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through our approved payment methods, which currently include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and selected e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Typical minimum deposits start at Rp 50.000.
• You must deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and your account being suspended.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• cou4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your payment method to complete the deposit. Failed deposits due to insufficient funds may result in fees charged by your bank.

3.2 Withdrawals

When withdrawing funds from your cou4d account:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The name on your cou4d account must match the name on your withdrawal destination exactly.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at our discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 100.000, though this may vary. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours from the time of request, subject to successful identity verification and fraud screening. VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster turnaround times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If withdrawal to your original deposit method is not possible, we may request alternative documentation before processing withdrawal via another method.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals if we have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• cou4d does not charge withdrawal fees for most methods, though your bank may charge receiving fees. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per day) may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cou4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.
• You will not use the cou4d platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• We may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
• We may refuse to process withdrawals or close accounts if we suspect money laundering or fraud.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal, to prevent the platform being used solely as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

When participating in cou4d bonuses and promotions, you agree to the following terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are stated at the time the bonus is offered. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Common eligibility requirements include minimum deposit amounts, specific games, and time-limited activation periods.
• Most bonuses require wagering (also called "turnover" or "playthrough") before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).

• We reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses if we suspect bonus abuse, multiple accounts, collusion, or violation of bonus terms.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

Our flagship Welcome Bonus offers new players a 100% match on their first deposit up to Rp 20.000.000. Standard terms apply including 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, 30-day validity period, and minimum deposit of Rp 100.000.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

When using cou4d services, you agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly at all times. Cheating, fraud, collusion, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to place bets or play games. All gameplay must be performed manually by the account holder.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting on cou4d:

• All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. These rules are available in our help section and FAQ.
• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. cou4d uses results from recognized data providers and reserves the right to void or re-settle bets if official results are subsequently changed.
• In the event of a match being postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, bets will be handled according to our sports betting rules. Generally, bets on cancelled matches are voided and stakes returned, unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays due to streaming latency. Bets placed after a goal, point, or other key event may be rejected at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly large wagers or bets that may expose us to excessive risk.
• Maximum winnings per bet slip and maximum payouts per day are subject to limits which are displayed during the betting process. These limits may vary by sport, market, and user VIP tier.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

For casino games and slots on cou4d:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds. Short-term results may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to variance.

• Draw times and result publication times are stated in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Bets must be placed before the official draw closes for that market.
• Results are based on official lottery draw results published by the respective lottery operators. cou4d is not responsible for delays or errors in official result publication.
• In the rare event of a draw cancellation or result dispute, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless an official result is subsequently published.

6. Responsible Gaming

Upon account suspension or termination:
